The LEGO Collector family of mobile applications which consists of LSW Collector (for Star Wars minifigures), LSW Sets (for Star Wars sets, exclusives, and promos), and LSH Collector (for Super Hero minifigures) (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is operated by the app creator, Kevin Downard.
This page informs you of the policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
The Service is designed for cataloging your collection. The user has the option to set a profile picture in the My Profile section. This image is stored locally on the user’s device and is not stored or collected by the app creator. No other personally identifying information is collected or stored by the Service.
The Service will ask for permission to access the Photo Library and Camera of the user using Apple’s standard authorization in order to set a profile picture. This access can be restricted or denied at any time. This feature can be toggled in the user’s Settings.
The user has the option to back his or her Collection up using iCloud. This data is stored in a private database that is not accessible by the app creator. This data is collected on a voluntary basis, and the user must manually send the data to iCloud for it to be collected. Use of the application is not dependent on giving this access, but the Collection data will not be backed up.

- Usage Data
- Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

- Cookies are small files stored on your device.
Handling of Data
Your data cannot be transferred or shared without your permission. Each user must sign in to iCloud in order to back up the Collection or retrieve the data. The data is not accessible by the app creator or any third parties. Your data is protected by iCloud. The Service does not add additional data handling.
